Dr Anthony Davoren
Dr Anthony Davoren, MSc (University of Waikato) in Earth Sciences, Ph.D. (Washington State University) in Engineering Science, established HydroServices Ltd in 1983.

Anthony Davoren specialises in irrigation management, soil moisture monitoring, surface water resources. He carries out monitoring, oversees and inspects quality of field operations and supervises field staff.
