Welcome to HydroServices

HydroServices (A Division of Aqualinc) is an independent Irrigation Management and Soil and Water Resource Consultancy. HydroServices has provided irrigation management services since 1983, providing services in Canterbury, Central Otago, Marlborough, Wairarapa, Manawatu, Pukekohe, Waikato, Hawkes Bay and Gisborne.

HydroServices core business is measuring soil moisture on-farm and providing irrigation management advice. An extensive (1983 onward) database of soil moisture, rainfall, irrigation and soil tension measurements is used for a wide range of soil and water related consulting such as irrigation system design, water holding capacity, irrigation annual volume calculation, irrigation efficiency assessment, calculation of drainage and crop growth characteristics on different soil types (such as root depth, readily available water and compacted soil layers).

HydroServices principal office is at 16 Ivan Crescent, Christchurch Airport with field offices in Hastings, Ashburton and Central Otago.
